Jennifer Lawrence is less than 50 days away from debuting as teen-lit heroine Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games. But she nearly didn't take the life-changing role. Despite beating out fellow award-winning actresses such as Hailee Steinfeld, Saoirse Ronan and Shailene Woodley for the much-coveted part, Lawrence waited three whole days before responding to her offer.
