Hana Law Firm is hosting a free legal clinic for individuals who are interested in preparing Advance Health Care Directive and Durable Power of Attorney.
Advance Health Care Directive allows you to make very important decisions such as End-of-Life decisions, relief form paid, organ donation, etc.
Durable Power of Attorney names and authorizes an agent to make financial decisions on behalf of you even when you become incapacitated.
