The mother of 3-year-old Jacob says that she started using Botox 10 years ago, when lines on her forehead began bothering her. The injections have a reputation for causing actors' facial expressions to freeze unnaturally, but Thorne-Smith says that hasn't been her experience.

"I found I've been able to use it and have full expression and look really normal," she says.

Thorne-Smith, who recently reprised the role of Lyndsey Makelroy on Two and a Half Men, says she hopes she won't ever need anything more extreme than Botox. But she's not ruling out plastic surgery yet.

"Never say never," she tells People. "I always want to look like myself -- that's key for me. I don't want to look like a different person, I don't want my face frozen."

But the fact that there is a celebrity spokesperson shows how much more accepted it's become in the past few years. How soon do you think we'll see a celebrity spokesperson for facelifts?
