It is impossible to learn what you need in the space of a Yahoo Answers response. Can you possibly enroll in a local college and pick up a methods class in math or science? You need to learn about lesson planning, instructional strategies, classroom management and discipline, evaluation and grading, and an understanding of how students learn. Perhaps you can get a class online. Try University of Phoenix. ( I never tried it nonetheless it is popular.) Congratulations on getting a job, nonetheless I urge you to get consequentlyme formal training on teaching methodology consequently that you can be effective. Consider that your fellow teachers at the new school may not be able to help much if they were also hired without teaching certification. You probably own your own. You can do it!
