Isabella Barrett has become the latest high-profile kiddo to bid farewell to TLC's Toddlers & Tiaras. Send in your kids' resumes, insane toddler moms!
Eden Wood said her goodbyes to the pageant world, and Alana Thompson is getting her own spinoff. Now Barrett is bowing out for good too. Why?
Isabella's mom Susanna Barrett says that while her little girl is NOT retiring from the pageant world, she cannot support how TLC portrays it. Really.
"We don't believe pageants are bad, but the way it is portrayed on Toddlers & Tiaras is," says the mother of Isabella (seen "performing" above).
"Isabella has been offered some amazing opportunities, but has actually been held back by what you see on Toddlers & Tiaras," her mom says.
"And while we tried to show that we are different from that, that we are [into] positive pageants, unfortunately it kind of fell on deaf ears."
"Right now we longer want to be associated with the show."
You and everyone else, Susanna. You and everyone else.
Should TLC cancel Toddlers & Tiaras?
